Safety is an aspect of our Presence and therefore always here. However, the sense of our solid and stable safety becomes veiled or hidden as we experience life. Through gentle and meditative movement, we inquire with what feels safe and what doesn't in our body, emotions, and mind. This inquiry guides our attention back to the safety offered by our Presence, always.

Chakra Tai Chi can be practiced standing up (as demonstrated in this video), seated (rocking torso forward and back while moving the arms as indicated), or lying down (imagining yourself doing the movements). It is gentle and slow and requires low to no physical effort. No previous experience is necessary, and no previous knowledge of the chakras (energy centers) is needed.
