Prior to session:
Prepare to sit down and chat for a while.
Set up your Yoga Nidra pod (bed, couch, or cushioned mat on floor work well).
Have a journal and pen for your notes and reflections.
Cost:
$200, includes all 5 sessions plus free access to private webpage with recorded sessions available for the duration of the series. Space is limited to 12 participants to maintain a relatively intimate group. Register below.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of your registration to the series of 5 sessions can be made more than 24 hours before the first session. Any cancellation in less than 24 hours of the first session results in a charge equivalent to 100% of the cost of the entire series. No partial refund is given with a cancellation made once the series has begun.
