In this intimate five-session group series, we’ll create a supportive container to explore your inner landscape and cultivate the resources needed to navigate the season with fluidity and warm compassion. Together, we’ll lean into winter’s invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and tend to ourselves with care.
Through a blend of body-based practices, energy medicine, inner parts work, ancestral wisdom, and nature-inspired rituals--along with the magic of connecting with others in community—we’ll uncover more rest, stillness, safety, softness, and stamina.
We’ll meet the parts of ourselves that often hide in the busyness of daily life and explore what’s needed to feel whole and connected, even in life’s quieter or more challenging moments. In this opening session, we’ll explore the layers of support that surround you—both seen and unseen. Through grounding practices and gentle inquiry, we’ll connect with the strength of something greater that holds you, whether it’s ancestors, allies, or the wisdom within. You’ll leave this session with tools to anchor into an inner sense of safety for both the turbulent and calm waves of life.
Session 2: As I Relax, All My Needs Are Met
Winter invites us to rest deeply, to trust that even in stillness, life continues to move in our favor. In this session, we’ll realign with our basic right to thrive and release entanglements with unmet needs—both from our own past and our ancestors’ past—that might hold us back. This practice will support you in relaxing more fully into the present moment, whether you’re navigating work responsibilities, caring for loved ones, enjoying a quiet moment, or meeting life’s unpredictable flow.
Session 3: Thawing Freeze, Warming to My Fear
Fear often holds messages we’re too busy or afraid to hear, freezing us in patterns of tension and overwhelm. With nervous system-regulating wisdom and tools for somatic release, this session invites you to gently thaw that freeze, welcoming fear as a guide rather than a foe. You’ll walk away with new pathways for an inner dialogue with your fears and greater access to the warmth of your self-compassion.
Session 4: Listening for My Wisdom in the Womb of Creation
The stillness of winter mirrors the womb of creation—a place of deep listening, potential, and unseen growth. In this session, we’ll tune into your inner wisdom, creating a sacred space to hear the quiet whispers of your soul. Through reflective practices and nurturing exercises, you’ll explore what it feels like to connect with your inner wisdom, allowing the clarity and insight you’ve been gestating to gently emerge.
Session 5: Singing My Seeds of Potential into Sprouting
In our final session, we’ll honor the tender seeds of possibility within you—dreams, intentions, and potential waiting to emerge. As the first stirrings of spring begin beneath the surface, we’ll nurture these seeds through creativity, intention, and gentle rituals that give them voice and space to grow. This session will leave you feeling renewed, connected to your inner vitality, and ready to carry the wisdom of winter into the seasons ahead.
