ONLINE Acupressure Sessions (60 mins)
This session begins with a check-in conversation about what is currently happening in your body and life. This is followed by a meditative dialogue tending to what you need most, using acupressure points (which Shira will guide you to hold or hold on you virtually), attention to the breath, calling on your Inner Wisdom, and cultivating a sense of safety within (among other tools). When appropriate, the session concludes with rehearsing a healing tool that you can use on your own.
These sessions are suitable for those seeking to deeply tend to their emotional, mental, and physical well-being by cultivating a healing presence with what's showing up now.
