ONLINE Calm Sessions (30 mins)
This option is a good choice if you've worked with Shira in the past, and you're looking for a quick way to tap into a sense of calm. The session begins with a conversation about what you're experiencing. Then Shira guides you through healing techniques based on what is best suited for you in the moment and what has worked for you in the past (using primarily acupressure points, attention to breath, and a gentle meditation).
This session is appropriate for quickly cultivating a sense of calm and NOT for deeper tending to physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual conditions. A 60 or 90 mins session is recommended for deeper tending.
