This summer, immerse yourself in the Summer Alignment Series, a five-session journey designed to help you embrace joy, connection, and vitality while staying grounded in the heat of the season. Guided by the energy of summer, we’ll use body-based practices, energy medicine, heart-centered wisdom, and nature-inspired rituals to help you navigate the season with balance and ease.
In a safe, supportive group, we’ll explore how to move through the summer’s expansive energy with clarity, emotional resilience, and deeper connection to yourself. Whether you're seeking to cultivate joy, honor your need for rest, or reconnect with your heart’s wisdom, this series offers a sacred space to align with the rhythms of summer and prepare for the grounding energy of late summer.

- Confidentiality: I respect the confidentiality of my fellow participants and agree to keep shared experiences private.
- Self-Care: I acknowledge the importance of self-care and agree to prioritize my well-being during the series.
- Mindful Communication: Before speaking about myself or responding to another, I will ask myself: Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?
- Dismissal Policy: I understand that Shira Oz-Sinai reserves the right to dismiss any participant from the series if their behavior is disruptive or harmful to the group.
- Holistic Development: I understand that this series is designed to support my holistic development and is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical care, or somatic (body) therapy.
- Seeking Support: I recognize that I am responsible for seeking additional support if necessary and may inquire with Shira about her availability or recommended resources.
- Personal Responsibility: I accept full responsibility for managing my own openings and progressions that may be stimulated by this series.
- Waiver of Liability: I hereby waive and release Shira Oz-Sinai from any claim, demand, or cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in this workshop or event.
- Risk Acknowledgment: By taking part in this series, I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that might occur as a result of my participation in the activities.
- Cancellation Policy: I understand that I may cancel my spot in this series more than 24 hours before the first gathering for a full refund, minus any payment processing fees (depending on the processor used).
- Refund Policy: I understand that any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the start time of the first gathering in the series, or a no-show, will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the series fee.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel, I will click "Cancel/Change Appointment" in the email confirmation to timestamp my cancellation, then I will email [email protected] to request a refund. (Since the process isn’t automated, I will need to send the email for the refund.)
- Fee Non-Transferability: I understand that the fees for this series are non-transferable and cannot be used for other services or by other people.
