Spring’s awakening in nature reminds us that we too can renew and grow in new ways. By tuning into nature’s rhythm, we discover who we are now, learn to stand in our power, and channel our anger into creative play—setting the stage for the joys of summer.
In this intimate five-session group series, we’ll create a supportive space to explore your inner landscape and cultivate the resources needed to align with spring’s energy. Together, we’ll embrace the season’s invitation to release the old, open to new beginnings, and nurture what’s ready to emerge. Through a blend of body-based practices, energy medicine, inner parts work, ancestral wisdom, and nature-inspired rituals—plus the magic of community—we’ll uncover more clarity, vitality, and creativity in the busier and maybe more chaotic time of the year. |

Each of the five sessions is designed to guide you through a transformative experience, connecting you with the natural flow of spring and deepening your relationship with yourself.

Session 1: Prune to Purge
Spring is a time for renewal, bringing the natural urge to clear away what no longer serves us. In this session, we’ll explore the spaces in your life—whether physical, emotional, or energetic—that could benefit from pruning. Through nature-inspired ritual, we'll release the clutter and make room for your emerging self to flourish. You’ll leave with somatic tools to lighten your load and create space for new growth.
Session 2: Erupt or Emerge?
Anger is a natural and vital emotion, especially when our boundaries have been challenged. In this session, we’ll explore the energy of healthy anger—a force that empowers us to emerge into new directions. Through breath-awareness, resource-cultivating practices, and somatic tools, you’ll learn how to channel your anger into productive action to create momentum for growth in all aspects of your life.
Session 3: Birthing the New
As spring awakens, so too do the tender shoots of new growth within you. This session is all about tending to what is beginning to sprout in your life—whether it's a new idea, project, or chapter in your personal journey. Together, we’ll create a meaningful ritual to celebrate what is being birthed. Drawing on the power of community witnessing, nature-inspired rituals, and soul-focused reflection, you’ll tap into the vitality of spring and birth the new you.
Session 4: Seeing the Pink Horizon
Hope is the soft glow on the horizon, reminding us that no matter how dark winter may have felt, spring and change are on the way. In this session, we’ll explore how fear can cloud our vision, especially after trying something new that maybe didn’t go as planned. Through ancestral wisdom and somatic tools, you’ll reconnect with your own gate of hope, learning to open it in the most challenging times. You’ll leave with ways to refocus on possibility, even when facing uncertainty.
Session 5: Let's Play!
Playfulness is the language of spring—it’s about inviting fun into your life and low-risk stretching in new directions. It’s how bear cubs do it! In this session, we’ll focus on creativity as a tool for personal renewal and invite all our inner parts to play. Through imagination-nourishing exercises, nature-inspired practices, and (hopefully) some laughter, you’ll reawaken your playful spirit and discover practical ways to bring more play into your everyday life, just in time for experiencing the joy and freedom of summer.
