In their heart of hearts and in the depth of their souls, our ancestors want for us to live fully. They may have never said it. They may have acted in ways that demonstrated the contrary, and yet in a layer underneath all of their defenses, hardships and woes, character traits and peculiarities, resides a wish for all of their descendants to thrive.
The unattended traumas of every generation, be it war or loss, physical illness or something else, create a barrier that holds the ancestors' wish from reaching us. It is not merely a wish; it is a blessing too. By acknowledging their experiences, we open up the way for this blessing and all the power it packs to come into our hearts and fuel our lives.

What happens in this workshop?
In this workshop, we connect with our ancestors and open up to receiving the gifts of their wisdom and love.
We begin by opening sacred space shamanically with drumming and song. Afterwards, we each have a chance to safely explore what's emerging for us personally in our lives and connection with our ancestors.
Then we all participate in a group constellation in which one person's concern is addressed for their highest good and the highest good of all. Some of us may serve as witnesses. Others may be asked to represent a family member. It will all be explained during the workshop.
Whatever unfolds, simply by showing up and being present, we all gain access to gifts of insight and healing.
No previous experience is necessary, nor do you need to know much about your family in order to participate and benefit fully. Any questions or trouble registering? Please contact me.

Other important info
In the time leading up to the workshop, I invite you to set an intention to connect with your ancestors and open to their gifts. Notice any insights that arrive, shifts, or changes. Notice too any areas of your life where you'd like to experience more strength and support, more clarity and growth, more love and ease. Make note of any dreams or other awarenesses that you may experience about your family, yourself, and your life.
When it's time to meet, please log on to the Zoom session 5 - 10 minutes before the start time to say hello and settle in. We begin promptly. It's best to sit in a quiet area where you will not be disturbed and use a set of headphones for best sound (both for hearing and to be heard). A computer or tablet is best for this kind of workshop, as you will want to use the Gallery View and see everyone on the same screen.
The nature of this workshop calls for us to see each other and feel each other's presence through the screen. For this, I ask that you keep your camera on for the duration of the workshop. While the workshop terms ask you to agree to being recorded, this particular set of workshops will NOT be recorded.
