The practice is 40 minutes long and starts right away. It can be used to fall asleep at night, as a gateway to a delicious afternoon nap, or a deep reflection. I invite you to settle into a comfortable position (lying down is a favorite!), set an alarm clock if you need to be somewhere afterwards, rest back and click "play". To transition once the practice is over, invite gentle movements into your body, and give yourself 5-10 minutes to adjust.
