The practice is 40 minutes long and starts right away. I invite you to settle into a comfortable position (sitting up or lying down), set an alarm clock if you need to be somewhere afterwards, rest back and click "play". To transition once the practice is over, invite gentle movements into your body, and give yourself 5-10 minutes to adjust.
