In this intimate five-session group series, we’ll create a container where it feels safe enough to turn inward, explore your inner landscape, be present with what’s arising, and find the wisdom and resources necessary to tend to yourself with great care. Sharing is optional, always at your pace.

Each of the five sessions is designed to guide you through a transformative experience, connecting you with the natural flow of autumn and deepening your relationship with yourself. Here’s what you can expect:
Session 1: Connecting with What’s Essential
In this opening session, we’ll explore how autumn’s energy helps you uncover what truly matters in life. Through grounding practices, reflection, and nurturing approaches that foster a sense of inner safety, you’ll realign with core truths that guide your well-being and personal growth.
Session 2: Intuition, Inner Guidance, and Guides
Learn to tap into the wisdom within. This session will guide you in listening to your intuition and accessing the inner and outer guidance that can support you on your journey. Whether it’s through subtle cues from your body, spirit guides, or ancestral wisdom, you’ll cultivate tools to trust your inner knowing.
Session 3: Navigating What’s “Right” for You
How do you sniff out what’s “right” for you amidst life’s many decisions and influences? In this session, we’ll explore how to navigate choices by aligning with your personal truth, moving away from external pressures, and tending to the inner parts that always want to do the right thing.
Session 4: The Art of Letting Go and Letting In
Releasing what no longer serves you is an essential part of growth. This session will focus on the balance of letting go and making space for new possibilities. Through nature-inspired rituals, you’ll discover how to honor resistance and breathe with what is ready to enter your life.
Session 5: Mystery, Magic, Grace, Gratitude, and Presence
In our final session, we’ll expand our perception to take in that which is bigger than us—the mystery and magic that often go unnoticed. Drawing on the awareness cultivated through all our practices, we’ll deepen our capacity to surrender to grace, fall into the softness of gratitude, and be present with what truly is. This will quiet the busy mind and leave you with greater optimism, a deeper acceptance of yourself and others, and a sense of being better equipped to manage life's demands—just in time for the year-end activities and winter's rest ahead.
