According to Chinese view, the liver energy is in charge of our vision for life, our direction, our soul's purpose. The gall bladder works hand in hand with the liver, and it is the official in charge of all the decision making and strategizing involved with bringing this plan to life (like the actual steps to take to make this vision happen).
While it's important to note that these energies are functioning within and around us all the time, they tend to become more pronounced during springtime. In addition to acupressure, I find that one of the best ways to support your own unique transformation and blossoming is meditation.
So, if you're called to check in with your vision and how to manifest it in the reality of your life, I invite you to experience this brief meditation recorded outdoors and complete with all the very lively sounds of spring (like loud birdcalls and gusts of wind). Enjoy!
(This meditation is 18 minutes long. I suggest you find a comfortable and relatively quiet spot to listen to it, either seated or lying down. Falling asleep is perfectly fine, but be sure to set an alarm clock if you need to be up. You may also wish to have a journal nearby to jot down your insights once the recording is over.)
